In Pros da God Pontresina, a distinctive multi-family residence is being created, comprising two primary residences and three secondary residences.

Engadin REM AG accompanies the project development, is responsible for the realization as the owner's representative, and has been exclusively commissioned with the marketing.

ILS MUOTS - VIA MAISTRA 321 - BRAIL

ILS MUOTS comprises two multiplexes that offer contemporary, high-quality living close to nature. Six charming 2.5-room apartments, four spacious 3.5-room apartments and two comfortable 4.5-room apartments are to be built. Situated near the Swiss National Park, the new development blends modern architecture and thoughtful layouts to create homes that harmoniously balance comfort, practicality and quality of life.

 Construction has begun; ready for occupancy by winter 2027/spring 2028.

Engadin REM AG has been exclusively commissioned with the sale of the apartments.
