Description

We’re selling a residential and commercial building "Chesa Panorama" comprising three retail units affording good pedestrian access and five residential units located at the heart of St. Moritz-Dorf. The residential floors receive lots of sun, and views over the mountains and Lake St. Moritz can be enjoyed from the upper floors. Attractive long-term leases exist for the retail units. The retail unit in the basement (126 m²) is on the same level as Via dal Bagn and the retail units on the ground floor (38m² and 40m²) can be accessed from Somplaz. There is a WC for the retail units on the first floor. Two 2-room apartments, each of approximately 40 m² in size, can be found on the first and second floors. Built in 1920, the property was extended and renovated in 1977. Comprehensive refurbishment work was completed in 2005-7. The exterior walls (outer insulation) and stairwell were renewed and a lift was installed. The metal and glass façade was extended at the same time and an exclusive maisonette apartment added. The single rooms were converted into attractive 2-room apartments and refurbished. The oil heating was updated in 2008. The maisonette apartment has electric heating.
